Cranberry, raspberry and redcurrant appear with balsamic detail and a light wood note. Dense texture and firm tannic structure are also recorded, alongside blackberry and cherry. The blend is 65% Grenache, 25% Carignan and 10% Syrah. The wine spent fourteen months in new and once-used barrels before bottling. It is a red blend from Priorat, Spain.

Dark cherry, black raspberry and raisin are layered with chocolate, marzipan and a delicate floral lift. The palate is thick, sweet and powerful, yet ripe acidity keeps the richness fresh and surprisingly poised. Cola, warm spice and a firm tannic line shape the lingering finish. Serve in small pours with dark chocolate or aged cheese.

Red plum and berry fruit lead a firm, tightly structured red, with reed-like spice adding a savoury edge. Clear tannic grip follows, joined by mixed black fruit and fig. Chocolate appears on the finish, where the darker fruit and spice remain present. Full-bodied and concentrated, it combines ripe fruit with firm tannins and refreshing acidity.

Cranberry, red cherry and blackberry lead a concentrated aroma, joined by tobacco, cocoa and eucalyptus. The palate is full and structured, with firm, ripe tannins giving shape to the dark fruit. Slate and cracked pepper add a savoury mineral edge, while liquorice brings depth through the middle. The finish is long and warming, carrying fruit, spice and cocoa in a composed, persistent line.
