Pemberton

Juniper leads a vivid, herbal gin, joined by orange peel, coriander and a distinctly green lift of rosemary and hops. Cinnamon and wild rosehip add warmth and soft fruit, while celery, oregano and cucumber-peel notes sharpen the savoury side of the profile. Distilled from organic potatoes in Pemberton, the spirit has a rounded texture beneath its concentrated botanicals. The finish is dry, aromatic and gently spiced. Serve with tonic and orange peel, or use in a Martini with a savoury garnish.
