Dried cherry, orange peel, spice, cedar and rose petal appear in a pale-coloured red with depth. The fruit comes mostly from Luchsinger Vineyard, together with two barrels from Bartolomei Vineyard. The sites are harvested and fermented separately without destemming. Whole clusters are used, and the wines mature separately in neutral French oak and stainless steel. Fine tannins and bright acidity accompany strawberry and earth.

Ripe red cherry and boysenberry meet purple flowers and a measured touch of spice. The palate is juicy and smooth, with polished texture, gentle tannins and enough freshness to keep the fruit lively through the finish. Its easy composure makes it versatile at the table without feeling simple. Serve slightly cool with roast chicken, grilled salmon, pork tenderloin or a mushroom and herb pasta.
