Malleco

Currant and raspberry appear with an herbal accent. The Pinot Noir comes from Malleco in Chile’s deep south, where the project planted its vineyard at Quino on a northeast-facing hillside with stony clay soils. The wine is bottled directly from tank without barrel ageing or filtration. Its profile is fruit-led and refreshing, with acidity running through the palate.
