Italian White
Light greenish yellow, this Vermentino offers lemon peel, lime, white peach, myrtle leaves and chamomile. The palate is soft and round, with acidity, savoury mineral character and a persistent fruit finish. The grapes come from Colli di Luni in Liguria. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in steel, with about three months on the fine lees in steel.

Pickled cherry, spice and incense accompany a savoury, silky, warm profile with slight tartness. The red spends time in oak, and its fruit comes from Bricco Arcagna.
