Delicate floral notes open into warming spice and pine, with juniper providing a firm, dry backbone. Hibiscus and pink peppercorn bring lift and aromatic detail, while coriander, angelica, almond, liquorice, cassia and orris build a rounded botanical centre. Despite its navy-strength style, the palate is smooth and lightly sweet, moving through flowers and pine before spice takes the lead. The finish is dry, long and peppery without becoming harsh. Serve with a light tonic and pink peppercorns, or use in a concentrated Martini.
