Blackberry and plum meet pepper, cedar, olives, bay leaf, vanilla and a stony charcoal note. The fruit is juicy, with balanced acidity and a medium-plus body. The single-vineyard wine is made entirely from Shiraz grown on red, basalt-rich soils in the Hunter Valley. It matures for thirteen months in a mix of new and old French hogsheads.

Bright lemon to pale straw colour accompanies lemon, lime zest, herbs and floral notes. Toast and honey appear with bottle age. The palate is crisp and focused, with vibrant, refined acidity and a light to medium body. Citrus peel and savoury notes are also present. The finish is clean and persistent, and the profile maintains its freshness.

Australian White
Lime zest and lemongrass lead, with cut fennel, white peach and a cool mineral note adding detail. Light bodied and very dry, the palate is taut and precise, driven by piercing citrus and brisk acidity. A long, saline finish brings a gentle pithy bite. Serve with oysters, prawns, fresh goat cheese or herb-led salads.

A beautifully evolved Semillon with honey, beeswax, lemon oil and fresh ginger on the nose. Bone dry and precise, the palate balances laser-like acidity with layered, almost waxy texture and a long citrus-led finish. Its brightness keeps the mature savoury notes in clear focus. Serve well chilled with oysters, grilled white fish, roast chicken or dishes dressed with lemon and herbs.

Crisp and focused, opening with lime, lemon and green apple over a clean, lightly textured palate. Bright acidity gives the wine drive and clarity, making the youthful citrus character especially refreshing. With bottle age, the style is expected to develop gentle toast and added savoury complexity while retaining its freshness. A natural choice for oysters, simply prepared shellfish, grilled white fish or fresh goat cheese.
