Bright ruby colour accompanies black cherry, raspberry and strawberry, with cedar, leather, forest floor, spice and smoked bacon. Marzipan and toast are also present. The palate is supple and silky, with freshness, savoury detail and a cocoa finish. This Pinot Noir comes from Chile's Elqui Valley and spends twelve months in oak. Alcohol is 14.5 percent.

Muscat grapes from Chile's Elqui Valley give this clear grape spirit a fragrant, softly floral character. Citrus, lemon balm and grapefruit lead the nose, followed by savoury details and a gentle nutty note. The palate has an oily, well-weighted texture with a slight warming bite, while the natural perfume of the grape remains present through the finish. Serve neat in a small glass, or use in a Pisco Sour where its citrus, floral and rounded fruit character can stay distinct.
