Darling

Blue and black berries, a light leafy note and cocoa open the profile. The palate is fruity, soft, rounded and juicy, with dark berries, gentle spice and a plush, velvety texture. Made entirely from Merlot, the wine was fermented on the skins for about fifteen days. Free-run and pressed juice were aged separately, then blended after eight months.
