Manual harvesting is followed by fermentation in vat. The red blend brings together Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Tinta Roriz. Its colour is youthful, balanced and bright, with red-fruit aromas and tannins in the profile. The wine comes from Portugal’s Dão designation and carries thirteen percent alcohol. Manuel Vieira is the named winemaker for the cuvée.

Wild fruit and violet form an expressive, delicate bouquet. The palate has good structure, mineral character and fine tannins, and the finish is fresh and persistent. This red is made from Touriga Nacional and carries 13 percent alcohol. The Dão vineyards lie on granite terroir at the foot of the Serra da Estrela. The style is fresh and light, with pronounced acidity.

Deep ruby with violet reflections, the wine offers ripe red fruit, mild spice and a light touch of wood. The palate is full-bodied, with lively but integrated tannins, balanced acidity and a long finish. The blend combines Touriga Nacional, Rufete, Jaen, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz. Half matures for six months in used barrels, followed by nine months in bottle.

Deep ruby with wild blackberry at the centre, edged by gentle spice and a cool, resinous hint of pine. The palate is dry and velvety, with fine-grained tannins keeping the ripe fruit composed. Elegant rather than forceful, it carries fresh acidity and a delicate savoury line into a clean, quietly persistent finish.

Ripe dark and red fruit meet fine wood spice in an intense but polished aromatic profile. The palate is medium-bodied and composed, with smooth, well-integrated tannins supporting generous fruit without becoming heavy. Elegant and appealing through the middle, it closes with savoury detail, measured oak and a long, balanced finish.
