Cono Sur Organic Rosé

Chilean Rosé
$18.99
Cherry, strawberry and wild-berry notes accompany a juicy palate with strong acidity and balance. Made from organically grown Pinot Noir in Chile's Bío Bío Valley, the rosé comes from grapes hand picked in March on red-clay soils. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel. The wine carries thirteen percent alcohol and is served between ten and twelve degrees Celsius.

Roberto Henriquez 2020 Rivera del Notro Blanco

Chilean White
$44.99
Floral spice and ripe citrus lead a savoury, lightly textured white with pineapple, cucumber and a faint meaty note. Equal parts Moscatel, Chasselas and Semillon are fermented separately, with skin contact adding granular grip and depth. The palate stays light, dry and balanced, finishing with green pepper, broth-like complexity and clean mineral austerity. Serve with shellfish, ceviche or roast vegetables.
