Cuevas de Arom 2020 Altas Parcelas Garnacha
Spanish Red
Pure Garnacha comes from old, head-pruned vines planted between 700 and 850 metres on slate, quartzite, sand, limestone and clay. At least half the fruit is retained as whole clusters and fermented with natural yeast in concrete. Ten months of ageing also takes place in concrete. The profile is fruit-driven and juicy, with fine tannins and fresh, fluid character.

The colour is dark Bordeaux red with bluish reflections. Tempranillo forms seventy percent of the blend, with thirty percent Cabernet Sauvignon. Red fruit, spice and smoke accompany coffee, chocolate, mineral and caramel notes. The wine spent nine months in oak. Its structure is smooth and fleshy, with balanced tannins. A long finish includes fine toasted notes. The wine comes from Somontano in Aragón.
Borsao 2020 Garnacha Selección 375 mL
Spanish Red
Cherry red with violet highlights, opening on ripe fruit, floral tones and an earthy black-raspberry note. A peppery accent adds lift before the palate broadens into a full, spicy frame. The fruit remains generous and direct, with enough savoury character to keep the wine grounded. It closes with dark raspberry, pepper and spice through a complex, lingering aftertaste.
