Champault 2022 Sancerre Côte de Champtin
Born from 50-year-old vines rooted deep in the clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Champtin vineyard; this wine brings both wisdom and energy to the glass. Fermented and aged in 400L barrels, with a little lees-stirring magic, it’s full-bodied but far from heavy, think richness with a refreshing twist. Bursting with aromas of juicy tropical fruits, it’s the kind of wine that makes you pause mid-sip. As it lingers, a whisper of hazelnut sneaks in on the finish like dessert, but better. Prefect with foie gras, saucy fish dishes, roast chicken, or anything that deserves a little upgrade on your plate.

This Bandol is a stylish and organic Provencal rose with a lovely coral-pink color and expressive crushed-berry scents. The fruity freshness is balanced with an air of herbes de Provence and a mineral richness on the palate. Deliciously full-bodied makes it a great pairing for a wide variety of dishes or perfect on its own.
Scali 2016 Syrah
Seductive ripe, dark red fruit and floral notes with pepper, fynbos and fennel spices, and a good dollop of minerality. A long, lingering, well balanced after taste of succulent fruit with excellent tannin structure. We recommend ageing of 5 to 10 years during which time sediment may be deposited in the bottle, and that this wine be decanted.
