Sierra De Gredos 2017 Pegaso
Perfumed and highly expressive, with lifted aromas of red berries, wild herbs, thyme and floral notes. The palate is fresh and energetic, showing ripe red fruit, spice and a distinct slate and granite-driven minerality. Fine, chalky tannins and bright acidity give structure, leading to a long, precise, mountain-driven finish. A pure and elegant expression of high-altitude Garnacha from Sierra de Gredos.
La Rioja Alta Ardanza 2012 Reserva
Classic and polished, with aromas of red cherry, strawberry and dried plum layered with vanilla, cedar and sweet spice from American oak. The palate is elegant and structured, showing fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a harmonious balance of fruit and tertiary development. Long and savoury on the finish, with notes of spice, leather and gentle earthiness. A benchmark traditional Rioja with excellent finesse and ageing potential.
