Concentrated yet fresh, the palate combines polished tannins with a firm, youthful structure and a clear line of acidity. Dark fruit and savoury spice carry the strong finish. Decant for an hour and serve with grilled steak, lamb shoulder, roast peppers or hard cheese.

About Mission Hill
Anthony von Mandl acquired Golden Valley winery in 1981 and renamed it Mission Hill. The West Kelowna estate has a stone courtyard, bell tower and barrel cellars carved into volcanic rock.
Oculus is its flagship wine, alongside the Reserve and Legacy collections. Following the Okanagan freeze, selected 2024 wines drew on partner vineyards in California, Oregon and New Zealand.
