Sweet cooked agave leads with caramel and cinnamon, followed by vanilla, citrus peel and a lightly peppery lift. The palate is smooth and balanced, with baking spice and gentle oak framing the spirit’s natural agave sweetness. A touch of brine keeps the richness in check. The finish is clean and warming, leaving vanilla, soft spice and fresh citrus in a composed, savoury-sweet line.

About Arette
Arette was launched in 1986 by brothers Eduardo and Jaime Orendain, who revived the historic El Llano distillery in the town of Tequila. El Llano was established in 1900 and remains independent and family-owned.
The Artesanal range uses brick ovens and fermentation in open concrete tanks with native yeast. The Clásico range uses autoclaves and stainless-steel fermenters. Both are distilled twice in copper-coil pot stills.
