An aromatic white vermouth with orange blossom, fresh grape, lemon peel and green herbs, layered with restrained spice. The palate is silky and gently sweet, with bright citrus acidity and measured bitterness keeping the texture lively. Long, perfumed and botanical on the finish, it works well in a Martini, over ice with citrus, or alongside salted almonds and mild cheese.
