Garnet in colour, with an aromatic, fruit-led nose and a supple, generous palate. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot bring ripe red fruit, savoury depth and a gentle spicy lift. The finish is long and persistent, carrying a polished, composed character. A brief decant will let its aromatic detail settle into focus. Serve with roast beef, lamb, mushroom dishes or firm cheese.
