Red berries, cherry liqueur and plum meet rose, violet and warm spice in an intense, layered aroma. The palate is bold and dry, with firm tannin framing cocoa, tobacco, leather and a touch of liquorice. Its richness resolves into a long, savoury finish. Serve with braised beef, lamb or truffle pasta.
