White peach, star fruit and apricot fill a juicy, fresh palate. A pithy tangerine twist sharpens the finish, keeping the ripe fruit lively and clean. Mostly stainless-steel fermentation preserves clarity, while a small portion rested in wood with regular lees stirring for added texture. Bright, uncomplicated and versatile, it works especially well with fragrant curries, grilled prawns or citrus-dressed salads.
