100% Blue Agave. Pueblo Viejo blanco presents itself as a clear and bright tequila with a bluish tinge. As a result of the slow cooking of the agave, it has lovely aromas of green apple, fruits and citrus notes. On the palate, Pueblo Viejo Blanco offers a smooth herbal flavor with light touches of citrus. Also present is the caramelized flavor of slow-cooked agave and a rich blend of fruit flavors, lightly spicy with a very pleasant long-lasting finish.

About Casa San Matías
Don Delfino González began making tequila in Magdalena, Jalisco, in 1886, laying the foundations for Casa San Matías. The family moved the distillery to Ojo de Agua in 1940, among the red soils and natural springs of the Jalisco Highlands. It remains a family tequila house, growing its own blue agave in the Highlands and using spring water from the distillery grounds.
