About Château La Tour de Mons
Château La Tour de Mons is a historic Margaux property in Soussans, where a fortified manor stood as early as the thirteenth century and Pierre de Mons gave the estate its enduring name in 1623. The Perrodo family acquired the château in 2020. Its walled vineyard runs to 58 hectares in one block, dominated by Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with smaller shares of the other Bordeaux reds across gravelly, limestone-clay ground.
Marjolaine Maurice de Coninck is the estate's winemaker and manager. Grapes from each parcel are fermented separately in stainless-steel vats.
