Medium-full in body, the palate brings black cherry fruit, lively acidity and a fine structural lift, balancing ripeness with a gently rustic edge. Silky tannins and quiet minerality keep the finish composed and persistent. Serve with duck, roast mushrooms, pork tenderloin or aged alpine cheese.
