Intense ruby in colour, with cherry, raspberry and delicate floral notes opening the bouquet. The palate is dry and full, with bright acidity giving the fruit definition and a firm, complete structure carrying the finish. Several months on lees in barrel add measured texture without obscuring freshness. Serve with salami, braised pork, hearty stews or firm aged cheeses.

About De Stefani
The De Stefani family traces its Refrontolo roots to documents from 1624, while Valeriano De Stefani established the wine estate there in 1866. Over five generations, the family’s work has spread from the Refrontolo hills to the Piave Valley, where Tiziano expanded the business in the 1960s.
Marzemino and Raboso are central to the winery’s native-grape tradition. The vineyards are worked without herbicides or chemical fertilizers, and winemaking favours indigenous yeasts and restrained sulphur use.
