Subtle floral notes open into lemon, honey and fresh hay, with a cracker-like grain character giving the palate definition. Floor-malted Bohemian pilsner malt provides smooth sweetness, while New World noble hops bring balance and lift. Cloudy straw in appearance, it remains clean and crisp through a medium-bodied, gently complex finish. Serve well chilled with pizza, schnitzel, grilled sausages or mild alpine cheese.

About Luppolo Brewing Company
Luppolo Brewing Company opened on East Vancouver’s Venables Street in 2016, founded by two couples: Eleanor Stewart and Ryan Parfitt, and Anique Ross and Federico Stucchi. Its name means “hops” in Italian, a nod to the Italian heritage of two of the owners.
That influence extends to the hand-stretched pizza served alongside the beer. The changing beer range includes lagers, pale ales, saisons, porters and mixed-culture brews.
