Tropical fruit, peach and lemon rind lead the profile, carried by a heavily dry-hopped blend of Cashmere, Mosaic and Ahtanum with a warm Citra addition. Light gold in colour, the palate is juicy and expressive while retaining an easy, balanced shape. The citrus and stone-fruit notes stay clear through the finish. Serve well chilled with fried chicken, fish tacos, spicy noodles or sharp cheddar.
