Deep pink with a fine, lively mousse. Strawberry, raspberry and tart cherry lead, followed by mandarin and a subtle woodland note. The palate is dry and penetrating, its brisk acidity and mineral line balanced by a smooth, velvety texture. Red fruit stays vivid through the finish, which is clean, savoury and quietly persistent.

About Cleto Chiarli
The Chiarli family’s wine story began in Modena in 1860, with Cleto serving the Lambrusco from his own cellar at the Trattoria dell’Artigliere. The wine’s success grew into a company that remains in Chiarli family hands after five generations.
In 2000, the family began the Cleto Chiarli project at Tenuta Cialdini, opening its new cellar in 2002. More than 100 hectares are divided among three Modena-area estates, with Cialdini centred on Grasparossa and Sozzigalli on Sorbara.
