The same flavours are present on the palate with focus and clarity, and the finish lasts for more than a minute. Lush fruit intensity, structure, natural acidity and complexity are also present. This Cabernet Franc from the South Okanagan spent twenty-six months in new French oak and carries 14.5 percent alcohol.
