A subtle honeyed aroma opens into a full, rounded vodka with gentle sweetness and a clean, dry line. Made by fermenting British Columbia honey into mead before distillation, it carries more texture than a neutral grain spirit while remaining clear and versatile. Soft floral notes and light warmth sit beneath the smooth palate, leading to a tidy finish without overt flavouring. Serve well chilled, in a Martini, or with soda and citrus where the honey-derived texture can add quiet depth.

About Wayward Distillery
Wayward Distillery began in Courtenay, in Vancouver Island’s Comox Valley, in 2014. Founder Dave Brimacombe works with general manager Sara Unrau and head distiller Laura Carbonell.
British Columbia honey is the starting point for much of the range: it is fermented into mead before being distilled on site. The distillery commits one percent of spirit sales to protecting pollinators.
