Blackberry leads a round, juicy Cabernet, with toasted hazelnut and cinnamon giving the ripe fruit a warm, savoury edge. Vanilla and toasted oak sit comfortably underneath, adding sweetness and structure without overwhelming the palate. Smooth, generous and easy-moving, it closes with lingering berry fruit, gentle spice and polished oak.

About Josh Cellars
Joseph Carr created Josh Cellars in 2007 as a tribute to his father, Josh, a lumberjack, United States Army veteran and volunteer firefighter. Wayne Donaldson assumed winemaking in 2009, helping the original Cabernet Sauvignon grow into a wide California portfolio. Core varietal wines draw from several California regions, while the Reserve collection narrows its focus to named areas such as the North Coast and Paso Robles.
