Soft sherry and honey lead into dried fig, raisin, roasted hazelnut and a gentle lift of green apple and lemon. The palate is medium-bodied and composed, layering fruitcake richness with malt, oak and warming spice. A long finish carries cinnamon, clove, orange zest and lingering sherry warmth. Enjoy neat or with a few drops of water, allowing the dried fruit and nutty detail to open gradually in the glass.
