The palate is smooth and richly layered, with banana, vanilla, cocoa and orange marmalade balanced by gentle spice. A warm current of caramel ties the fruit and cocoa together. The finish stays mellow and expressive, leaving vanilla, brown sugar and a lightly peppered sweetness.
