Merlot and Cabernet form this red blend from the Okanagan. The six-acre property near Oliver was purchased in the late nineteen-eighties, and Bordeaux varieties were planted from the early nineteen-nineties. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc occupy most of the site. The winery opened at the turn of the century beside the Fairview golf course, within one of Canada’s warmest grape-growing areas.
