Deep, intense and bright in colour, the wine shows red fruit and oak in the aromas. Tight tannins, concentrated structure and a solid, generous profile are present. The wine was aged in barrel, and 45,000 bottles were produced. Suggested serving temperature is 17 to 18°C, with pairings including lamb, quail, oxtail, game pie and classic tartare.
