Blackcurrant, black plum and mint are layered with cedar, tobacco, clove and wood smoke. The palate is full and concentrated, with ripe fruit, supple tannins and a fresh savoury line that brings balance to the oak-derived spice. The mature texture is polished, while the lingering finish retains both depth and lift. Decant carefully and serve with roast beef, lamb, venison or aged Pecorino.
