Prune, jam, coffee, meat, saddle leather, black olive, tomato purée and a light barnyard note appear in the aromas. The palate is full, round, dry and slightly tannic. Earth, caraway, roasted meat, cocoa, cedar and vanilla are also present. This Merlot comes from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. The overall profile is warm and chunky.
