Red Barn 2022 Jagged Rock Semillon

Fresh yet richly fruited, with ripe orchard and stone-fruit character shaped by a mineral edge. Concrete fermentation and ageing preserve purity while adding quiet texture, and the steep, sunlit vineyard brings generous ripeness without heaviness. A poised, distinctive white for grilled prawns, roast chicken, creamy vegetables or softly spiced dishes.

About Red Barn at Jagged Rock
Red Barn at Jagged Rock makes wine in a converted working barn on Black Sage Road near Oliver, in the Okanagan. Winemaker Kaylee Barss grew up in the valley, trained at Brock University and returned to British Columbia in 2020 after working a vintage in Niagara. At Jagged Rock, she works with small lots of fruit, including Italian grape varieties grown in the vineyard. She often favours stainless steel, glass and concrete over oak in the cellar.
