The palate is nutty and rounded, bringing almond pastry and mocha together with gentle oak and a restrained malty sweetness. The texture remains composed and easy, while citrus keeps the richer notes from becoming heavy. The finish is warm and balanced, carrying biscuit, cocoa and soft spice. Serve neat, or add a small amount of water to lift the honeyed and citrus notes.
