Peach, apricot and green apple meet hints of honey, herbs and yeast on a deep, expressive nose. The palate is dry and concentrated, with ripe yellow fruit, brisk citrus acidity and a firm mineral core. Subtle nutty notes, coriander and a fine phenolic grip carry the long grapefruit-tinged finish. Serve with richer fish dishes or roast pork.
