Dry and effervescent, this sour beer draws aromatic lift from Vic Secret, Sabro and Amarillo hops. Pineapple and coconut tones meet a bright sweet-tart edge, keeping the fruit character vivid without losing refreshment. The finish is crisp, tangy and gently tropical. About R&B Brewing Co.
Rick Dellow and Barry Benson founded R&B Brewing in East Vancouver’s Brewery Creek district in 1997. Their initials gave the brewery its name. Early brewing included ales, lagers and cask-conditioned beer.
Howe Sound Brewing bought R&B in 2015, and the Ale & Pizza House followed. Today the East 4th Avenue site brings together the working brewery, pizza and music.
