Built in a classic West Coast mould, the profile combines lemon, grapefruit and pine with a steady malt base that keeps the bitterness in balance. The palate is assertive without becoming one-dimensional, finishing dry and resinous with lingering citrus. Serve cool with burgers, grilled sausages, spicy chicken, fish tacos, aged cheddar, smoky barbecue or roasted mushrooms.
