The Dalmore 12 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 750 mL
$159.99
Citrus peel, dark chocolate and aromatic spice open a rich but polished nose. Seville orange and dried fruit fill the palate, joined by vanilla and a rounded sherry-cask sweetness. Roasted coffee and bitter chocolate shape the composed finish. Enjoy neat after dinner, or add a few drops of water to open the aromatics.

About The Dalmore
Alexander Matheson founded The Dalmore in 1839 at Alness, overlooking the Cromarty Firth in Scotland’s northern Highlands. Andrew and Charles Mackenzie took over in 1867 and later bought the distillery, giving its whiskies their twelve-pointed stag emblem. The brothers favoured longer maturation and built relationships with wine, sherry and port producers to source casks.
The distillery’s varied stills produce a robust, fruity spirit for ageing. For some releases, an initial period in bourbon barrels is followed by further ageing in sherry or port casks.
