Yellow fruit, white flowers and anise appear in a mineral, fresh and elegant profile. The vines grow on clay and limestone, with plantings from the nineteen-fifties and the twenty-tens. The wine is made entirely from Chardonnay. Fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts in barrels, while maturation lasts twelve months in barrel. This white wine comes from the Jura region of France.
