Fine bubbles and bright acidity keep the palate lively, while a lightly creamy texture and subtle almond note soften the clean finish. About Cà di Rajo
Cà di Rajo is the Cecchetto family’s winery in eastern Veneto, working with Glera in the Prosecco denominations. It preserves Bellussera, a traditional way of training vines high above the ground in a radiating pattern that once shaped much of the Piave landscape. The winery also makes Gigglewater Prosecco Rosé.
