A plush Stellenbosch red with blackberry, tart cherry, cassis and a subtle red-berry note. The palate is full and creamy in texture, with ripe tannins, measured barrel spice and touches of dark chocolate framing the fruit. Rich but balanced, it finishes long and polished, making a fitting partner for roast beef, grilled lamb or savoury mushroom dishes.
