Fresh and fluid, with vivid red fruit, a light savoury edge and fine, ripe tannins. Cabernet Franc brings aromatic lift while Côt adds depth, creating a supple Loire red with purity and an easy, balanced finish. Minimal sulfur keeps the profile clear and lively. Serve lightly cool with charcuterie, roast chicken, mushrooms or lentils.

About Noëlla Morantin
Noëlla Morantin left a career in communications and marketing to study grape growing and winemaking. She worked with Agnès and René Mosse, Thierry Puzelat and Philippe Pacalet. She made her first independent vintage in 2008 while working with Junko Arai at Bois Lucas in Touraine.
In 2009 she leased 8.5 hectares that had been farmed organically since 1991. She began buying her own parcels in 2011, building an estate around Sauvignon Blanc, Gamay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
