Linden blossom and pineapple weed give the aroma a gently floral, meadow-like character, joined by pink peppercorn and a hint of star anise. The palate is bright and lightly honeyed, with fresh herbal tones from nettle and tea balanced by cardamom spice and clean acidity. Its sweetness is measured, allowing the botanicals to remain precise. The finish is fragrant, gently bitter and refreshing. Serve chilled over ice, with soda or in a spritz.
