The palate carries the fruit in a warming frame, with Oloroso cask influence giving shape without overwhelming the whisky’s sweeter side. Cask maturation brings richness and depth while keeping the profile composed. The finish is long and gently warming, returning to dried fruit, subtle spice and honeyed clove.
