Tightly structured yet generous, with grapefruit zest, white orchard fruit and quince layered over fennel, beeswax and crushed shell. Tangy acidity drives the full, concentrated palate, while subtle oak and chalky mineral tension bring shape. The finish is long, saline and persistent. Pair with lobster, crab, roast fish or other richly textured seafood.

About Domaine Bessin-Tremblay
Domaine Bessin-Tremblay’s family vineyards in La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne date back to 1880. Romain Bessin now directs the domaine, joined by his brother Antoine after their father’s retirement. The estate’s twelve hectares include village, premier-cru and grand-cru Chablis vineyards.
The brothers use organic and biodynamic farming methods, without biodynamic certification, and harvest by hand. Fermentation uses native yeasts, followed by long ageing on the lees.
