Monster Vineyards 2020 Red Eyed Red Blend

Cedar, black peppercorn and cassis appear with cherry and blackberry. The wine is medium-bodied and has a long finish. Cabernet Franc leads the blend at fifty-five percent, joined by twenty-seven percent Cabernet Sauvignon, sixteen percent Merlot and two percent Malbec. Grapes are hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard; each variety ferments separately before the finished wines are blended.
